What size 19's would fit perfect with non-stretched tires? I'm ok rolling and pulling the fenders a little but I don't want to have excessive camber and also don't want stretched tires. Maybe 19x8.5 +35 front, 19x9.5 +35 rear?

Those specs will fit on a stock car. Any fender work and camber will be dependent on if you're lowered and how much you're lowered.

What's the disk fitment of the wheels (high pad / high disk)? Need to know that more than the offset.
Piggy backing on this. I've ordered (F) 19x8.5 +35 and (R) 19x9.5 +35. When I ran the wheels online they said they would fit on an IS350. I hope this is true because I've already purchased the wheels and IS350 BBK for my 250. Still waiting on my last rim, I've been going back and fourth with the seller and vendor because they keep sending me damaged wheels.

I'm putting BC coilovers on the car. I found another car that is exactly how I want to setup mine, has the same 19x8.5 +35 and 19x9.5 +36 with 235 and 265 tires. Its perfect!

lmk how that goes. Our wheels are pretty much the same specs. I'm going to buy 235/35/19 for the front and 265/35/19 for the rear. I am thinking about BC coilovers as well in the future if I don't like how the car sits. For lowered cars, I see most ppl running thinner tires in the rear (265/30/19).

Which wheels did you order? I want real CE28s but they are a bit pricey

I'm on coils.

Second option
Front: 18x9.5 +35 -- 245/35/18
Rear: 18x9.5 +35 -- 265/35/18

Does anyone have pics of this set up.. I really wanna pull the trigger on these wheels.
Wassup man! What year make and model do you have? My setup is similar to your first option since I'm staggered and lowered on coils as well (2 inches)
Heres my setup:

18x8 +35 -- 225/40/18 (stock tires)
18x9 +30 --255/40/18 (stock tires)
The ride is perfect and it flushes really nice but I have to roll my rear fenders even because it rubs just a little when I drive on uneven roads but other than that its perfect and looks nice.

How would 18x9 +35 fit up front? Might fit with a slight stretch? Looking at 18x9 +35 up front and 18x9.5 +38 rear or 18x10 +38 rear. RPF1s of course

It should fit perfectly! Are you on stock height or lowered?

Yeah I'm thinking they'd fit nice. Stock height right now but will be on BC coils at some point before I do wheels.

Nice! Yeah with the coils on before you put the wheels it'll be much easier to get it flushed. Idk if you seen my pics but they're above ^^
Post some pics after you finish! Good luck

Default Rim Fitment

Would M130 Targa rims fit my 2014 IS250 RWD 17" rims stock? The M130 Targa rims have the correct bolt pattern (5x114.3). The size is 17x8, the offset is 40 and the bore is 72.60 and the bore type is conical. Will these fit and will these work with OEM lugnuts?

The 2014 IS 250 RWD is staggered so you have to get bigger rims for the rear. Are you gona use your stock tires to put on the Targa rims? If so then make sure that you are rolling on 17's because I thought I had 17's on my 2011 IS 250 RWD but I was wrong, went to the shop and they said I had 18's on so my rim specs are 18x8 +35 in the front and 18x9 +30 in the rear(also lowered 2 inches). Lmk if this helps

I just checked they are all 17" wheels. Ideally I'd like to use the same tires. Will I have to get new lug nuts?
