Default Front Lip Install Question?

Hey guys I just received my front lip yesturday from Sewell but as I was inpecting it for damage I notice no 3M double sided tape. I then read the install spects and it ask to drill or make holes on the sides so the brackets can lock. I'm confuse because after doing much reserch on similar threads I came to find out that many didnt do any drilling, I would hate to make such cuts into my bumper. How did u guys go around this?

Don't drill.. it's unnecessary.... I did it. and i regret it cause i can't part out. nor can i change my lip out to something that doesn't cover the holes i made..

i too just actually installed my front lip yesterday and did not drill...just rip off all the tabs that come with the bumper and its a simple remove and replace old lip with new lip...i'm doing the rear lip tomorrow without drilling and just going double sided 3m tape all the way

I didn't drill the front bumper, but since the rear lip was heavier I decided to drill as per the instructions... I don't want it be carried through the air in one of those fast runs lol
