Default What I have to drill for rear spoiler

I really didn't know I had to drill for the rear spoiler, is there anyway around this?

i took a pair of pliers and broke them off....didnt add any tape, just put it on and its been holding strong for 3 years now

I tried that, it felt like the spoiler was going to break. The screws and clips are in there good.

i was able to pry them out and use double sided tape. no drilling necessary.

Yep I used a dremel. I couldn't pry em out either

Just drill it. it isn't too hard... 3 holes and thats it. Hardest part was just screwing the nut from the inside, but at least you know it aint coming off!

The idea of drillin in my car scared me. I have all the tools and they give u a templete but after a body shop told me they would charge me 400 to put it on. I said umm I don't think so. Then they told me it would be easier to just stick it on there and it will hold. He says the mercades lips just stick on

i say just 3m tape it, it holds pretty strong
