Default Need help asap!!!

so im installing my HID kit from XenonDepot for my 06 is250. Problem is im not getting the lights to even turn on... plugged back in factory halogen to see if they worked and the light up just fine.

I read through the DIY Install and didnt see anyone with the issue..... has anyone had any issues or know what it could be from??

check all wires and plug in's to make sure there was a solid connection and thats all good....

I need anyones advice!!!

thanks!

Hi,

You most likely need to reverse the polarity on the connector that plugs into your vehicle's OEM headlamp wiring. Please email me at info@kbcarstuff.com with your order number and I will send some instructions.

double check and make sure that the plugs that go to the ballast are installed correctly. my kit from hidextra looked identical flipped either way and turned out the one side didnt work because i had to flip the plug.
