put a gauge cluster in it from a low milage car get it detailed get some wheels and tell her you traded her car in for the same exact copy of her car. 
put a real stinky air freshener like a squash and replace anything messed up inside she will never know

Rent a Ford Focus, buy a bow and wrap it around the car, park the lexus far away(after freshly detailed), and present her with the Focus, make sure you blindfold her, and then sing her happy birthday!! She'll LOVE IT!! lmao, we did that to my mom once for her birthday, she almost stabbed my dad!!
