Default 275/35 19s 2IS Rear

Anyone running 275/35 19x10 in the rear on a 2IS with Eibach pro kit springs drop? If so, how does it look and are there any rubbing? It's about about time to change and I'm going from 275/30 19s. Just want to close the wheel well gap a little more.

way too big, run 275/30/19 & 235/35/19 front. this will keep the front & rear rolling diameter the same. a 275/35 rear will look HUGE, and 90% will rub, depending on the offsets

Stick with the 275/30. If you wanna close the gap, get coils or something. I have 19x9.5+35 with a 275/30 and the fit is damn near flush; I also have S-tech springs and I think I might have a 1.5 finger gap.

Consider different suspension before putting your wheels/tires out of balance.

But on the stock setup don't the rears have larger rolling diameter compared to the fronts?

The offset on my rear wheels is 40. Will it rub with 275/35?

I'm running 275/30/19 19x10 +43 in the rear on eibach..no rub what so ever. you'll definitely be able to fit 275/35 without issues. I was running on 295/30/19 for a month...it was rubbing like crazy even with the fender rolled.

Years ago I tried 275/35-19 with Eibachs and a 19x9.5 wheel with a +36 offset. It rubbed against the fender when going over bumps, no doubt about it. Assuming your rear wheel also has a 9.5 width, you might be safer with a +40, but no guarantees.

I'm now running coils with a 265/30-19 wheel. Don't worry too much about the differences in the rolling diameter - it won't make a big enough difference to throw off your speedo too much.

Come to think of it, I believe my offset is +45, not +40 on a 19x10. Since the OD will be about 1" bigger, that means the tire will be about .5" closer to the fender. When I measure it, it looks that there will be no rubbing. Now if the rear is loaded and I hit a bump, it may rub. But I hardly have the rear loaded anyway. So I may just go with 275/35.

I'm using a 19x9.5 45 offset wheel with 275/30/19 tire, no rubbing (on Eibach 350's not that it matters that much on this issue).

I have 275/35/19 with a 19x9.5 +37 and I love it, It fills the fender gap more, more grip, more comfortable and looks mean from behind the car. I had to roll the fenders and thats it. I had the Eibach springs and after rolling the fenders it only rubbed on huge bumps and really fast turns, but only on the linner, so not a big deal.

I have 235/35/19 up front and the difference between the front and rear tire diameter is really close to stock. I will be changing the set up with a 265/35/19 with michelins PS2 because they are supossed to run bigger than the Toyos I have.

Thats another thing to look at different brands run different in sizes, some run big some run small so it also depends on the brand of tire you are looking at

Flipsonic: If you have +40 offset on the rear with a 10 width rim you will rub with a 275/35 for sure. Even if you roll the fenders.

I have verified my rear wheels are +45 and they are 19x10. It should be fine with that setup. Worst case, I will roll the fenders.

Here's a pic of 275/35/19 on a 9.5 wide wheel lowered on F sport springs. He said there is no rubbing.

you don't need 275 for your car.

What do you mean? I don't like the stretched look on a 19x10. So 275 for me is just right. I realize I don't need it, but I want it.
