What tires to get for stock wheels?
It's time to replace my stock tires on my IS. I got 38,000 miles out of my Dunlops that are on right now and have the extreme inner tire wear that other people have mentioned.
I am looking for an all season tire, any recommendations? Right now I am looking at
BFGoodrich g-Force Super Sport A/S
HANKOOK VENTUS V4 ES H105
CONTINENTAL ExtremeContact DWS
Any opinions on either, or maybe a different brand. I'd like them to last atleast 30k before replacing so nothing softer than my dunlops.

I'm having this same problem with my new tires (Kumho Ecsta SPT's), I'm 90% highway miles and I just bought a second set after 21K miles because the insides were practically bald. Maybe it's a wide+flat tread thing, the car wants a skinnier tread? My stock front's only lasted ~17K but they were 140 treadwear...

I would recommend you to try the Sumitomo HTR ZIII. Pretty good high performance tire and it has a tread wear rating of 300. I have them for my fronts and I can't wait to get rid of the crappy OEM Bridgestone Turanza ER33 rear tires . That tire is crap.

+1 for hankook v12 k110
just bought the same set up as factory tires (2) 225/40/18 & (2) 255/40/18]
rides very quiet and smooth.
cost me little under $600 for all 4 tires.
free shipping & no tax if you live outside of TX.

shipping took one week to get to CA.
