When I'm slowing down to stop but do not come to a complete stop (maybe rolling at 10mph), then get back on the throttle a little the downshift is very rough. Is this common? I haven't driven another 350 to compare.
Thanks
You can always put the car in "Snow" mode which seems to ease this a little. If i'm in a traffic jam I will put it in "Snow" until the traffic clears. Easier take offs while moving thru slow traffic.
Snow mode does a terrific job in making shifts a lot smoother. Torque is actually reduced to the wheels and throttle sensitivity is severely diminished, and it makes for perfect controlled take offs (without wheel spin) in rainy weather.
I use it as more of a "rain mode" in my car, as we don't get snow here. Works perfectly.
