let's ease off from the new guy. we were all new and excited at one point in our forum existence (some still act that way, but i digress).
btw, as far as the cross-forum referencing, i'm not sure if the mods will allow that. however, good to know that the acura guys recognize that the is350 is the faster car.
is it worthy of what? a poser contest? a paper drag race? a "let's see who can put the most mods but not make any more horsepower than stock" contest? maybe you should have a contest to see who your parents love more? i don't know... /OT
half the race is the driver. given equal reaction time, it will come down to the weapon of choice. spec for spec, the is350 is the faster of the two - as everyone else here has said.
just rest your laurels on the fact that your car LOOKS better.

guys my brother has a 07 tls 6 spd he fujita cai ported runners p2r spacers some**** greddy exhaust magnaflow resonator deleted everything that i know of btw new clutch my car 08 is350 stock! he said mines is slow like ffuuuuuuu well if i get intake pp headers cat delete resonator delete exhaust is it worthy? if hes as fast as it says wha can i do besides a nice 100 shots

wow what a coincidence..i had a tl-s egging me on while i was driving casually on the highway last week. i dropped it in "S" which put me into 4th...i heard saw him take off after i dropped back and i smashed it (when i put it back in "D") and pulled away easily. Those things are big and heavy, and those drivers are arrogant dummies the is350 is a quick car in general so even if you are "stock" you should have no problems putting the foot in the other person's mouth

lol I was contemplating about getting a 07 TL-S before deciding on the IS350. Come to think about it, I'm glad I got the IS instead. The only think I like about the tl-s compared to the IS is the hid light output. Their projector has a lot of colors and output is very bright compared to the HID on the IS.
To the OP, yeah the IS will dust the tl-s off the line, no comparison, the rwd will eat up the fwd, unless he has turbo, then it's a different story.

hahah same here, i get ignored 
except previos body style m3's, which ive beaten 2 so far. lost to one, he had to be boosted because he tore my doors off. but stock for stock previos body was slow. good to know why tl's ignore me now
