I did a search, but I was hoping for a more definitive answer.

If I load up a bunch of my music on a USB stick, and stick it into the USB slot on the 2010 system... will it play the music through my stereo? And will it also display the Song, Artist, and Album on the nav screen just like my iPod?

This would be very useful for people who just want to leave the stick in their cars, instead of plugging the iPod in and out all the time!

And while we are at it... Lexus... if you're listening... please make an updated version that would also incorporate Album Art onto the screen! I spent quite a lot of time making sure that all of my album covers were accurate, only to be able to view them on my iPod! I know there are multiple aftermarket nav systems that allow for this, so I know it IS possible!

Make it happen please!

I'm using a 32gb stick in my '10 IS250 and a 16gb stick in my '10 ES350

The files folders were copied to the stick.
The folders are alphabetical on screen
You can scroll thru the folders w/ the touch screen when not moving
When moving the DISK up/down buttons will scroll thru the folders

The same goes for filse but with the TRACK buttons

The Main screen will havethe FOLDER and FILE name
You can expand that to the list of FILES or FOLDERS

Well if you didn't have the music in folders, but just in raw mp3 format would it just display the artist and song name?

Yes. I have some songs that are not in folders in my USB stick.
