The readout on my IS 250 shows 31 mpg driving around the city and 32 mpg on the highway. My actual hand calculated mileage is around 2 mpg less than the readout.
I collected everyone's mileage in this thread and it looks like the 250 gets about 10-15% better than the 350. That's around $160/yr difference if you drive 12,000 miles/yr.

Yup... the 350 is about 10% more money and 10% worse mileage... for about 50% more power. Helluva deal honestly.
Anywhere from 18 to 21 for my IS350. More than sufficient for me. Consistently get an average of 26 for long inter-city trips with 99% aggressive highway (interstate) driving. I'll often cruise at 90 MPH - not really a gas saving speed, and I still get around 26.
I just got back from Vegas last weekend and i averaged 27mpg at a cruising speed of 80mph... It would alternate between 26.9-27.0mpg .. Almost got 400miles on a full tank.. not bad at all...
I just got back from Vegas too, in 250 on the drive down going 80-100 got 30+ mpg, I think for the tank I got 33 mpg. Drive back closer to 28-29 because of traffic.
