if thats front passenger side i would re think about cutting it..i cut mine..then i see a huge wire harness just exposed to the environment..then im thinking **** i shouldnt have done that..

Well.. theres already a hole there from rubbing... and I dont have access to a heat gun so I think my last option is to cut it...
Ill try and cut only enough to stop the rubbing...
if you got a nice drop going then your tires are probably rubbing right where the screw is located that holds the bumper to the fender. melt fender liner, push tab inward and zip tie. i have yet to do this, anyone in the bay area have a heat gun?
If you don't have access to a heat gun you can buy one at home depot for a whopping $35. I'm waiting on my rears to come in, if I rub, home depot is my next stop.
I used masking/painters tape to tape up around my fender liners where it might rub and drove around for a bit and where the tape was gone was how i figured out where i was rubbing
