Battery and jump start kit recommendations
So last night I let my emergency lights on for 3 hours, and when I went back to the car, it wouldn't start. The dashboard lights would come on, but radio wouldn't. I called AAA and they jumpstarted it.
I this normal? I mean, the blinkers are small lights, and they don't even stay permanently lit.
Anyway, looks like I need a new battery and maybe one of those jumpstarting kits that includes an air compressor, flashlight, radio and power outlets.
1. What batter would you guys recommend?
2. Where to get it? Sears, Wal*Mart?
3. What jump start kit would you recommend?

I don't think you need a new battery either. You probably just need to run your car for a little bit and let the one you have right now recharge.
When you do need a battery, look into the Wal-Mart batteries. They're actually made my Johnson Controls, the same people who make Optima batteries, at half the price. I cross shopped these batteries against a Die Hard, and the Wal-Mart had more CCA's, a better warranty, and a lower price. Can't really beat that.

So this type of battery drained happened twice already. The first time, two months ago, I just let the car turned off, no driving, for about 3 days (I usually drive it every day). The second time I let the blinkers on for 3 hours.
So I don't know... seems like a weak battery to begin with maybe?
