Default 2009 IS350 Tire Replacements HELP

I have a 2009 is350 and i need new front tires.

the ones they came with are kind of pricey bridgestone er33 which costco charges 230 each tire.

i called other places and someone suggested hankooks saying michellin makes them and they run at 150 each

any help is appreciated. thank you

kuhmo ecsta asx

best bang for the buck. The rears cost me $70/tire and the fronts $90/tire, for a grand total of $320. I think the price has gone up since then though

get'em from discount tire, they'll match everyone's price but they have the best warranty the covers sidewall damage. get'em to match the price on www.tires-easy.com

i got a 1" hole in my sidewall and they replaced the whole tire

i've had them for 15k miles and their performance has been awesome in dry, wet, and snowy weather.

If you want less performance, look on tires-easy.com, they have cheaper alternatives.

Hey guys. My sister has a IS250 and its time for her front two tires to be replaced. She asked me to find the cheapest tire, she doesnt care of performance or anything of the sort. I found these. The price seems to be too good to be true. Will these fit the 2IS 18'' wheels? I'm a tire noob so please help.

yes, they will fit 18" wheels. The stock size is 225/40 r18, which is what these are.

Keep in mind that these are summer only tires, so if she wants better cold weather/rain performance, she should get all-season tires.

Also, these tires won't last very long. The tread life rating is only 200. I would spend a few dollars more and get at least 400 tread life rating:

They told you wrong. Hankook is not made by Michelin, it is an independent tire manufacturer based in South Korea.

Those tires have a 200 treadwear rating. They would not be worth the time and money to put them on!

i got myself a set of sumitomo tires and they worked out pretty well. unfortunately i only had them for about 1k miles and got new wheels, so i had to get new tires, but they were great when i had them. will give hankooks a try when i have to change my tires.
