I have tires that are less than an year old and the suspension is fine as Lexus has just checked. The tires have proper air in them so thats not an issue as well.
It seems like the steering wheel is just offcenter without any other issue. The tech is taking a look right now, anyone have any ideas?

i'm thinking it's alignment. i have the same offcenter. Mines tilts to the right a little. I think it's alignment. Checked the tires and the right front tire is wearing a little quicker than the left. There's only 5k or less left on tires so i'll just wait til i get a new set to do alignment
