Xenon Depot 5000k issue!!
I have had my aftermarket HID kit for about 2 years with no problems until now. Recently, whenever I turn the lights on, one of the bulbs doesn't turn on. After a few hours, for some odd reason, the bulb magically comes back on. Can it be the ballast is failing or maybe bulb? Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Do a search on this topic. There's a lot of threads regarding this issue. I had the same issue with my XD HID kit. I tried switching each component from one side to another to no avail. It was very annoying and embarrassing. It's hard to pimp when one of your headlights isn't on and you don't know it!! I ended up buying another HID kit from another vendor. Haven't had the problem since.

Hi,
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing a problem. When a problem is intermittent, it usually tends to be a wiring related issue. I would suggest checking all of your connections for any signs of corrosion and to make sure that they are all secure.
Please send me a PM with your order information and I will be more than happy to provide you with some troubleshooting instructions.

Steve,
I checked all the connections with no success. I have an extra ballast from a different company I used in the past. Can I use this ballast to test to see if it works with your wiring?

I had a issue with a ballast before ( different company ) when you turn on the lights one of the bulbs would flicker for a second but won't turn on. I sent the ballast back and they found it to be a defective ballast and gave me a new one.

I had a problem before with my kit, but called Steve and he was more then willing to work with me. We got the problem fixed the first time. I would definately recommend PMing Steve and seeing what he can help you out with. Or just give him a call...
