Vossen owners....did yours come with center cap?

Vossen owners....did yours come with center cap?
I just received my first set of rims EVER and they are Vossens.....yaaaaay. Open them up and find no center caps and one valve stem missing...boooooo.
Then I see on the side of the box "NO CAP". Im assuming that means no center cap(?). So what the hell? Do I need to order a center cap separately?
I'm upset because I am completely new to rims and I told this company that and they send me these......and i find out that i need lugs too? Man....people told me to go to this vendor and that they will take care of me.... not happy.

I received my Vossens a few weeks ago and they too did not come with the center caps. I called the place I got them from and asked......and they said they should have come with them. They called Vossen and had them send me them, which I received three days later.

most vendors would assume you know about needing lugs for aftermarket wheels.
i dont think a vendor who sells rims would ask every customer if they need lugs..

as for the center caps, these things happen. my buddys shop sells rims, and one thing we do is, we always open up each box to make sure the caps and stems are there. but each company has their own way of doing things =T
im sure if you just PM/call vossen, they'll take care of you. good luck

Caps should definitely be included... must have been a shipping error from either us or the vendor you bought them from.
email me your address and I will next day air you a set tomorrow.
No wheel manufacturer supplies lugs with their wheels... if you were promised lugs then the vendor was sending them to you on their own and prob. forgot.

I just bought the CV1 and I think I will need lugs... or use the lugs from my OEM wheel... that will work right?
If not I want lugs that matches the finish of the CV1....
