Yeah sometimes... but I havnt been there in a while ... last time I was in pacifica I went to see the pounding waves during a winter storm ... Its pretty amazing to watch. Especially when the waves break over the seawall and soak the people standing too close

I would of guessed the reservoir also but it looks like your on a bridge
