Default Resetting my maintenance items

I've got an 06 Lexus IS250 with the Nav system. Took it in recently for servicing. When I got it back I began driving and then got a notification that I was due on my oil change. I went to the Maintenance screen on my nav where I THOUGHT there was a reset button, but to my dismay there isn't one. My owners manual says there should be one there too. Do others have the reset button and there's something wrong with mine? I could've sworn I've seen it before on that screen.

Default Reset Oil Maintenance Warning Light

It's explained in your vehicle's manual. Hold down the the odometer reset button and press the start engine (without your foot on the brake to prevent from starting) to switch to the acc. mode, continue holding the reset button for about 5 seconds until the visual countdown ended; then your system has been reset.

Old thread but gonna need some info. If my vehicle's manual does not describe the reset procedure, does it mean this feature is not available?

No, the procedure is accurately explained in Tajai7's post in this thread, right above yours. It's also in the FAQ thread that's stickied to the top of the forum.

But it didn’t work when I tried it. Does the Engine Start button have to be pressed in succession very quickly? I’ve seen some clips on YouTube where the ODO reset is held on only after pressing once on the Engine Start button. Could these 2 reasons result in a failure of a reset? Oh forgot to add, mine is a IS250 JDM version if that makes a difference.

Have the ignition on (not engine on, acc mode), hold the ODO reset, turn off the ignition, wait a sec, turn the ignition back onto acc mode. You'll see some dashes on the odo, and once it goes back to your mileage, you can let go of the ODO button.
