Default Single beep when braking, but no warning light

Hi,

Discovered something strange today on my IS 220D.

During a short drive I noticed that when I was breaking a single electronic beep was heard. This beep is similar to what you get when you're low on wiper fuel or have other warning lights show up.

However, no warning lights were shown.

I was able to reproduce the 4-5 times for that 5 minute trip , but when I was driving it a few hours later the problem has disappeared.

Of course it could be that some how the warning light bulb had gone and I am low on wiper fluid or have some other trivial problem (not likely but will check), but I thought I'd ask if anyone else has experience it?

From google searches I've seen that some other car brands emit a similar warning if brake light bulb is about to burn out or if the brakes are worn. But have no indication that this also is relevant for Lexus.

Regards
