His motivation is definitely $$$ and we all know personal injury is where the money is at...I just don't see the other driver getting a large compensation from this minor "bump"
^ It's a stretch, but maybe his bumper was already scratch up and he wanted to have it repaired for "free." That's the only motivation I can think of. Of course, he could just be a total ****.
