Paint the whole thing black, and the inner part keep it CF, so that you can brag about it to your friends that it is CF, see closely.
I really don't have anything else on my car that is CF, if I did I would keep it and do that, but rather go with just a black/chrome theme that is very oem.
I took everyone's opinion into consideration, but went with my gut and I like it. Traded the CF Roof Spoiler for Black spoiler with SD.IS and it definitely flows much better.
Not a fan of CF (hood, lip, spoiler) even since the honda civic era. I say paint it and make it flow with the rest of your car. Unless you don't care about the luxurious look.
