Unhappy HID Problem!

About three (3) moths ago, I upgraded my stock Halogen low beams (left/right) and fogs to HID. Installed all four ballast. Everything worked great since then. Until a couple of days ago my driver's side low beam didn't want to turn on for the first couple of on and off attempts. Then it came on. No problem. But, tonight my passengers FOG light doesn't want to come on at all!!! It worked this morning in my garage. I don't know what is the problem. I have a 5 month old battery. My dash doesn't give me any signals or check lights. I take care of my car. I'm a very clean and thorough installer. I mean I had absolutely no problem for months of everyday night driving until now. What do I need to check? I hope I don't have to remove that bumper again. Please help!

Default HID Problem in progress of repair.

Thanks You guys for such a fast response. I really respect that.
I bought these 2 kits from hidxenonheadlights.com There isn't a brand name on the actual kit but according to their site its called VIP HID. Anyway I called them up this morning and was told to swap bulbs and ballasts in order to narrow it down. They promised to send me the replacement parts for free after I check. I hope I don't have to do this every few months. On the IS models, when it comes down on replacing bulbs it's a major hassle.
I'll check everything tonight and call the vendor back tomorrow.
Question on your last:
Why would I need the Relay Harness?
You think I'm not getting enough power to the ballast?

The relay harness is for the HID to pull power at startup, to prevent damage on wires and other components.

So, I need a set of four (4) relay harnesses for my four ballasts? Nuts.

This is a common issue (not for just our cars, but others as well). Search the forum and google. There is no resolution for it that i know of.

After 3 years of dealing with the problem in my IS, after testing everything, i took them out and put halogens back in. Not worth the hassle anymore.

It's typically cause of cheap kits. I honestly want to just get a genuine Philips kit and call it a day already.
