Hasn't happened in my car but it's a GS and I guess they probably put slightly better leather in those.
It looks like dirt/sand was accumulating in the seams and abrading it off, you can probably prevent it from getting worse by cleaning the seats more often.

yeah but not too often, did it yesterday, and i believe like a little over a month before that. so if i must say like once every a month and a half or two/ other than that i use a wet towel

Just get some black shoe polish. Dab it on and wipe off the excess. It dyes the leather and makes any wear much less noticeable.
The availability of this kind of a fix is one of the great things about black leather. If you have tan, when the finish starts to wear off instead of looking lighter the wear spots look dark and dirty and there is nothing you can do short of paying someone to come airbrush it (which wears off after about 6 months).
