i dont have the plate number yet. but here is another weird thing. The towing truck has the car lifted from the back, so its front wheels are on the ground. However, its front wheel is totally flat, so he is towing it on the rim.

Well he just took off, and the cops didn't think it was important enough to swing by. So I guess it will be a mystery from here on out. The name of the towing company was WAP Towing, but when I googled the phone number it said WAP Recovery (maybe this was some kind of repo?).
I am assuming they are towing the thing to Sacramento (about 1.5 hours away) which also doesn't make any sense.

There you go, Josh. I think that is all she wrote. Note in the crappy pic the front tire which is on the ground. If the real owner is out there, shoot me an email with the vin and I can try to give more info. The cops didn't seem to interested.
