Looks like it's a replica of the wheel for that price. They probably just took a picture of the wheel on the car and cropped the rest of the car but not the brakes. If that was a hubcap that would look so ghetto when all the calipers are in different positions as it spins haha

thats probably the worst picture they could've used too, looks like they just cropped out the rim part off any random picture, since the rotor and caliper are still in there....
