Default Anyone know how to remove these?

Has anyone removed the silver accent pieces that the red arrow is pointing to in the picture (door panel)? I'd like to remove them and either wrap them or paint them since they look ugly to me.

Thanks!

that's exactly what i did. the silver accent pieces around the center console were so easy to remove. however, these on the door panel don't even want to budge.......

maybe you can wrap them without removing them (though removing them would be alot easier.)

3M brand "CF" wrap comes with adhesive on the backside so no need for spray glue=mess free
