It is 3 amber leds

Edit: jk i'm kidding about it being a 194 bulb. Are they leds that are part of the headlights fixed in so you can't change them?

It's NOT a 194 bulb. My post earlier said they consists of LED's.

Pocky's right - the amber piece doesn't use a 194 bulb, the parking light does. The amber piece uses an LED board - quite obvious when you open the headlight housings. It doesn't function as a turn signal marker either - like stonefan52 said, the LED comes on when your parking lights come on. Honestly, I like the amber piece on the side. I've had my headlights open a few times and had ample opportunity to paint it, but I like the way it looks - especially with the way my headlight housings are painted now.

hmm that amber light is only one bulb? whatcha guys talking about.. it does use a circuit board but it's only two bulbs. You would have to sodder the new LED on it if you wanted to change it out

You just need to unsolder it and solder on some new ones. Now that will require some soldering skills at least.
