Yes, but the '09+ "lobster claw" wheels don't look good IMO.

All lexus are 5x114.3 pattern, any wheel with that bolt pattern will fit.

Stock sizes/offsets are also the same for the '06-'08 stock 18's and '09+ stock 18's. 8x18+45 and 8.5x18+45.

Somewhat true...as I look at them more then they do look a bit funny. Someone locally are selling them for cheap with factory tires (4,000 miles).

Hey Heart, you're selling your IS?! I don't know ya, but man I know you're car from here and it's awesome! What are you getting next?

Sorry Sejinro, don't mean to hijack your thread bud. Everyones input on here is 100% correct and all I can say is GLW whatever wheels you decide

Just as a quick point of order... the stock wheels on any US IS250 or IS350 are 17s.

17x8.0 with 225/45 tires front and 245/45 tires rear to be specific. Same on 250 or 350 so obviously interchangeable.

AWD 250s get the the 225/45-17s on all 4 wheels instead.

18s are optional (and very very common, but not standard).
