I would say about 4 hours or so. You really have to have 2-3 people for the job, you have to stretch the vinyl like crazy (with someone holding it down) and primer the ends to prevent any lifting. The lip has so much curvature, we had to do 4 pieces...otherwise it would have tear faster from all the tension around the corners.
