Default Dirty F-sport exhaust tip

Hi, I had my F-sport exhaust for three months now and I notice only the right exhaust tip is dirty but not the left. I was wondering if any you guys with F-sport exhaust or aftermarket exhaust experiencing the same problem. Did I installed it wrong or is there something else wrong? Thanks in advance.

f-sport is like that, happens to with mine too. theres a more technical reason that i read about, maybe someone else can chime in. but if your worried, no need to be, thats just how it is.

yeah most F-Sports are like that... well if you take a look inside the actual mufflers you can find the reason why... as far as keeping the dirt off.. polish it and use metal wax... it'll be better

its as simple as taking a damp/wet rag and wiping the dirty off. Repeat whenever you're in the mood for clean pipes, i have F-sports too

The right muffler is actually a straight pipe... soot comes straight through ...

^ Yup, that's why. Just polish the tips everyday, problem solved.

Yes... on the the lexus HKS both mufflers function, so the same amount of soot comes through each pipe.

The F-sport's right muffer is not a muffler, its really a straight pipe.... to the soot goes straight through... the functioning muffler (left) traps some of the soot so you won't see as much from that side..
