that is right under the front passenger side floor mat area, if you can bend it back ...

If it bothers you THAT much dude, go to a body shop, get an estimate on what it will cost to fix it.... It wont bother you as much when you get the estimate

Now the car is not as aero dynamic down there with that piece bent!
