how to hit a car at a stop sign!!
Let's see if she will continue to drive when her insurance rate goes up. These sort of drivers aught to be banned from the road.

She wasnt good looking. She seemed like she was late to an appointment because i hear her calling on the phone to some place saying she will miss it because she got into an accident.
I really hope her insurance follows through with this and that her mom ( who did all the dirty work for her while she sat in her moms car) dont try to turn this on me or any of that crooked stuff..
As of now my car is at Jim Falk's lexus of beverly hills contracted collision auto shop. If im going to get it fix I want lexus to fix it haha since the insurance (hopefully) will pay it.
So what do you guys suggest i go with? the 09 lexus IS-C's front bumper? would it fit?

Oh yeah I had that in mind but thanks for the heads up , i have 2 witnesses and took tons of pictures. I also asked the cops to at least make an incident report(saying they were there and this is what they saw) since they didnt want to do a police write up that they arrived at the scene, got their card with their name and badge number.

The mom might try and convince you to take it to a lower quality (and therefore cheaper) body shop of their choice. Don't take that garbage.
You have a right to get your car fixed by a certified Lexus shop (whether it be a dealer or an independent shop).

Sorry to see this happened to ya. At least it you did the smart thing by taking pics. Make damn sure you get it fixed at the Lexus dealer, I know I would.
