My 2010 IS250 AWD finally arrived from Japan and will be ready for pick up in just a few hours. I'm so excited for my first car!! I ended up getting starfire pearl with black interior. I took your advice and got the navigation. I really wanted the navigation without the extra $2,000 premium package (memory seats, auto windshield wipers, HID headlights) - anyway, the dealer told me he has never seen a car come with navigation without the other package. But then he called me and told me there was one coming that way from Japan... and so here it is now! Anyone else have an IS like that?
The only thing I'm bummed about is that it's metallic trim (instead of wood), and while the seats are heated, they are not perforated/ventilated. I don't care for the wood trim, but I really wanted the cooled seats. The package is only $240 and there is actually no charge for it on AWD models... so I should have had those things for free, but for some reason they chose not to build the car that way. Oh well, I'm sure I will survive!!!
