Default How to remove exterior window trim/molding?

Im trying to remove the chrome molding/trim around the exterior of the windows but im having trouble doing it. When you remove the rubber on top of the door where the molding is to reveal the screws you realise that they arnt really screws they are pins even though they look like they are philip screws. Can anyone help?
