Default Rubbing

Hi i have gone through the 22 pages. I dont think anybody has answered this (maybe im wrong)

I have the original springs, not going to change them. Is this okay?- 19×8.5 +30, 19×10 +38. Will this rub on my original suspension? Mine is a IS300 RWD (2010 model).

Thanks

Not sure what you're asking but the current color options are satin black and hyper silver only

That will not rub with stock suspension

are you talking about the LC818 center caps? On a IS350?? What's keeping them from fitting?? I just ordered these wheels and don't want to run into the same problems. I don't plan on running any spacers either.

Yes, I have an IS350 and when the wheel is placed on the hub and bolted down, the center cap will not properly seat on the wheel because the hub sticks out to far. I had also bought 5mm spacers with my wheels but since they are cheap universals, I get slight wheel vibrations out of them. None the less I had to put the crappy spacer back on.

My advice is to also use Nitrogen on the wheels as well and make sure you get a good alignment to. This will decrease your wheels from riding rough

Does anyone else have the issue of the center cap not fitting? Or do most people use the 5mm spcaers? Did you get the spacers from wheeldude?

YES, I am having a problem with my rear wheel center caps fitting on the wheels if there is no spacer installed. I don't want the universal spacer from Wheeldude and it's a worthless POS spacer. You need to buy HUBCENTRIC wheel spacers at a minimum depth of 5mm...

If you don't use hubcentric spacers then you will probably have wheel vibrations. You will also need hubcentric rings and new lug nuts as the OEM lugs do not fit.

Why has no one said anything about the center caps not fitting?

I have the Dyna's on an 08 IS350 with an offset of 43 and did not need a spacer. I do not know if this helps but I did alot of research on Linea Corse wheels and originally planned on the 818 wheels but changed to the Dyna. I never saw anything about needing spacers and I talked to Zoeb numerous times from Wheeldude.

I agree, someone chime in! I mean, I took it to Butler Tire (Butlertire.com) and asked them to take the spacer off while they filled my tire with Nitrogen. I was called out to the lift where my car was and the tech and my buddy showed me where the cap would not fully seat without the broke a** spacer. The cap was just 'resting' on the wheel hub about to fall out... In the end, I had to put the spacer back on. I ordered the 19x8.5/10 Linea Corse LC818 - Hyper Silver (5x114 +30+38).

Unless they sent me the wrong rim, they need to get this out on the table for us all to hear!

I'm rockin LC Lemans 8.5F and 10R no special offset , no issue with spacers needed. Mine came with hub-centric rings.

Thanks for the info, but getting a response from Zoeb is like shooting a bulls-eye in the dark. I guess this only has to do with the Linea Corse LC818's.

Just wish someone else who has these wheels would read this forum posts!
