Hello everyone,

I'm a long time lurker here and am lookin for a new set of rims and i like these LC818's very much, especially the Hyper Silver ones.
However, having gone thru this thread and seen the photo's i noticed that almost everyone has the same standard setup 8.5F and 10R. What i want though is 8.5 all around and was wondering if i will have any mounting issues, particularly in the rear?

@Zoeb,
I'm the guy who sent you a mail a while back asking about this and i'm sorry that i haven't replied yet, i just haven't made up my mind. The reason i want 8.5 on all four wheels is because of the high price the tires cost over here (The Netherlands). $900 for two 265 rear tires.

If it turns out that mounting will be an issue then i guess i'll just have to get the original set with 8.5F and 10R. Thank you for helping me. The last thing i want is to order these and it turns out they don't fit.

I'm also from the Netherlands.

Tip: Webshop's . It will save a lot of money, up to 30-40%. E.g.: Falken FK-452, 193 euro's.

Further it will cost you around 20 euro's per tire for get it on your car.

p.s. I'm also planning these wheels, I hope April next year. I'm only concerned about the ET of 30, fronts. I lowered the car.......

I know you recommend 265 or 275/30/19 on the rear, I know its just a fraction shorter than the front, but could
I run 225/35/19 F and 265/35/19 rear with eibach springs with no issues? I hate the illusion that the rear wheel is smaller?

thanks!

I have been considering that same setup. I think your better off with the 225/35 and 265/35. I have asked many people who have the recommended setup, and they have said that they rub with the 235/35s in the front, but the 275/30s sits perfect. This information is assuming you are dropped 1-2 inches

yea, it's that front liner that's an issue sometimes, with that pressed in you shouldn't have a problem

But if you want a safe setup, you can always go with the 225/35/19's in the front

275/30/19 is great as long as you don't have a full load with a 1.5" drop

IF you're lower or tend to have a load, you made have rubbing issues

To fix that, you can run a 265/30/19 rear or you can roll your rear fenders

Hey Zoeb,

Any chance you may be offering special sales/discounts on wheels more towards the holidays?

Unfortunately these are in extreme high demand so no sale pricing will be offered for these wheels.
