As a customer for this company, You purchase a set of NEW wheels from them than you'd expect to arrive to the door NEW without damage as well. Yes the damage most likely was caused during delivery but again Wheeldude should help with this issue. This is clearly a matter that Wheeldude should discuss with the shipping company cause this can ruin their reputation. They can't have a delivery company that consistently send items that arrived damaged and assume the customer will take care of it themselves. Even though their is not much control on how these big delivery corporation operate and delivers, but wheeldude should at least do something about this since this member is their official customer that has potential to bring more business in future. When i purchased items from Sewell and L tuned parts, whenever there were any issues with the shipment being damaged, they took care of it for me right away. That is what I consider as good customer service.

Now I do not know exactly what is the process between the member and wheeldude but I have dealt with Zoeb before and he's a great guy so maybe he can chime in and help this member out.
Working out a solution for him as we speak.

Usually we would have just sent a new wheel, but I went on vacation shortly after this so there was some miscommunication

Already contacted the customer and we're working out reimbursements for his out of pocket repair expenses.

There's no such thing as an 18" LC818, just 19"

I agree. I rub like crazy up front, had to grind down my front bumper tabs cuz it was shredding my front left tire up. I have next to no camber thanks to my camera kit, might not be as bad if I was cambered but still. I'm going 225 next set up front. But my 265/30/19 rears are just fine.

yup, it's just a couple MM difference...you can mod the caps to fit pretty easily or we can send you the raised caps, or 2 3mm spacers...whatever you guys prefer
