To replace both bulb at the dealer, probably $200 to $400.
You can buy a set of Bulb ($100) from a seller on the vendor's forum or ebay...and do it yourself or take it a car shop and they probably put it on for you for like 50 bucks.

YES the warranty will cover the repair of the headlight. This happened to me over a year ago and they replaced both headlights due to moisture in the right headlight which shorted out the ballast. the cost would have been over $4000 parts/labor. Messing with the bulbs will void the warranty especially on HID lights.
