Check your leather trim on your door panels
Recently I just got the car back from the body shop. Got them to touch up and reclear the hood so now it looks almost new. Take out and small dent on a fender and do some small detail work.
Now I am taking it to the Lexus dealer tomorrow for warranty work on the driver side door panel. The leather trim has lifted a little. They agreed to replace the whole door panel for me and give me a loaner car. YMMV per dealer, but my was happy to help me with the service work. Good luck.
Oh yea, I spend a whole day washing, clay bar, swirl removal, and waxing my car after I got it back from the body shop. I didn't get a chance to take a picture but it looks great and very shiny.

I got a new 2010 ES350 loaner with only 600 miles. They are going to replace the door panel, check the brake squeak again, and engine idle. The service guy also told me they were going to check my cam gears and that they would replace them with new updated ones which will make the engine more quiet. Anyone know about this? He was very helpful and seem like he wanted me to get the best out of my warranty service before it was up. I know that they like doing service work as well since Lexus pays them over the cost of parts and labor, like 25%. He said maybe Friday or even Monday until I get the car back. I got them a dozen fresh donuts to ensure they take care of me, so hopefully that works out.

It was about a silver dollar size bubble next to the hand grip pillar. They took a few pictures of it for me. Beside for their reference why would you need to see a picture of it? If your has a bubble then take it to the dealer and ask them to help you.

I first thought it was because of my friends putting too much weight on it, but seems more like not enough glue on the panel.
I attached the images.
The first image is the leather lifting up. The second image is how it should look like. Hope that helps others.
