After further reading, I've seen where someone got ijdmtoys to send a smaller decoder than earlier kits had. As I haven't opened the box yet, we'll see how it goes. Hopefully its similar now to the VLED setup. Not holding my breath just yet though.
I'm 99% sure you'll get the older, larger decoders. That slim decoder is a prototype and won't be released to the public for a few weeks, or months.

It should fit fine in your door/courtesy lights, but I'm 90% it will be just a little too long for your puddle lights. You can sand down the circuitboard to make it fit, or get this one instead, which I think is brighter anyway: http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED-B...89471-1-2.html

thanks brociuz I just felt like doing blue interior then green puddle and courtesy lights instead of making everything exactly the same color =D and I already bought the clear covers for the courtesy lights no worries.

Hey brociouz:

Any thoughts on these from V-LEDs:

http://www.v-leds.com/Exterior-LED-B...viewsTabAnchor

I currently have the 13 SMT you recommend

http://www.v-leds.com/Interior-LED-B...04828-1-2.html

but one blew and I may change to a different style.

I tried flank bulbs too (same thing I recommend for your door/courtesy and vanity lights) and they work surprisingly well - they fill out the housing but don't shoot light forward. Most people still seem to prefer the 13 LED though.

Ok, Here's mine DRL LED's V-leds 6K WHITE 7.5W.

It was really hard to fit a module, there's a peace of plastic inside moisture shield i just broke it with a finger and everything fit just fine.

Here's my daytime pics ( i'll make some more at night time)

^^^Very nice! Big difference for sure...

I had to do some serious modifying to get my iJDM decoders to fit without breaking any seals. iJDMTOY LED DRL REVIEW

The other way is to tuck the module in diagonally to the side of your bulb socket. It's a little hard to describe.
