LEXMAN350

This just recently started happening to me. I have a Lexus is350 2007 and had my non ML navigation unit hacked at Music Box by Tommy, he installed a switch to turn off and turn on the hack and it was working fine for about a few months but yesterday and today I noticed even with the hack off it will not recalculate my routes also my GPS stopped tracking my location. Not sure what to do and don't want to take it to the dealer because they will know.....take it back to Tommy? HELP?
