Default Will I be happy with the is250

I am in the market for a preowned is350, however, those I have looked at are below par for whatever reason and I have not found one I really would consider buying. On the other hand I have found several preowned is250's that are in prestine condition. I have also had the chance to test drive the is250 at the dealer, however, I did not push it using the paddle shifters because the salesman was in the passenger seat. My question is this. Using the paddle shifters can the is250 be fun to drive if the revs are taken just short of red line. I do not want buyers remorse wishing I had bought a 350.

if youre fine with getting passed by riced out hondas and such, then go for it, but if you wanna get your moneys worth, get the 350.

I own an IS250 and i really happy with it but sometime i wish to have more power.

if you want a car with good MPG, and you don't want to race a 250 the best deal.

the 250 barely even moves, and cool looking paddle shifters/S Mode is a joke.

If you are questioning it at all, better to get the 350. You don't want get the 250 and kick yourself in the *** in a few months for not getting the bigger brother.

I had tried the paddle shifters and pushed to the redline when i was test driving an 250 at the dealer, the sales said: "You're just like me" LOL
paddle shifters in x50s = Rev limiter

test drove 250 and then 350, immediately decide to get 350 once I stepped on the 350 gas peddle.

I'm happy with the 250, I would probably have gotten way more tickets with the 350 haha. It's fast enough for me, and does fine in traffic.

well what cars have you owned before? If you are coming out of a honda, VW, etc. like I did then you will be pleased with the luxury and power. If you have owned some other higher end cars then you may want to hold out for a 350

If you're asking the question then get the 350.

And FYI, the paddles aren't really shifters. Not even close.

I have a 250 and thought it was fast coming from a civic. When a 350 pulled up at the light, my jaw dropped how quick it was!!!!! If you want to be thrown in your seat get a 350 for a few grand more....be patient and wait for what you really want!!

IMO if AWD is not needed then there is no point in getting a IS250
