hey guys
i live in australia and it's illegal to have your indicators any other colour, other than orange
i've bought red outs from ebay for $15 (this was before i knew it was illegal)
i havent applied them yet, but whenever i look at the back of my car, the orange part of the lights just look ugly
im on my P's (provisional license) so the cops love pulling me over for no reason and wasting my time, but i dont want them to fine me for having red indicators either, lol
could i change the bulb to another colour? to make it blink orange? or close to it
i saw a new Audi Q7 today, and noticed the tail lights were red, but the indicator blinks orange
this is just a temporary mod till i get my hands on some ebay LED IS-F lights, atleast i think thats what there called
they look the same as the IS-F one, but use LED's
unless someone in australia, sydney wants to trade there IS-F lights for my OEM lights + money
thanks!

well, dont know about the redouts, but....I once saw the 05 TL. Their tail lamps are all red, yet the guy managed to make them blink orange/amber over the stock red. Dont know how though

saw my friends '98 Passat and it has "half" red outs
well, the the indicators are red and orange
wat it looks like is, if i put red outs on my IS250, but cut horizontal lines, so some of the orange shows up
i think i might try that
it blinks orange, so should be fine
