to all young lexus owners!!
hey
well, im 17, and i drive a IS250 in australia
as im 17, and in year 11 and drive a lexus, i get some weird looks
but just a question to all you other young lexus owners
do people try to hate on you, ALOT?
i mean, obviously my friends dont, just that SOME people at my school are just......
hate on me and my car
its not my fault i have a lexus and they dont have cars...
i dont go around bragging i have a lexus either, i try to avoid it mostly, if people ask me if i drove to school i just say no
i park my car on the other side of school with my friends Passat and IS200
i also get people asking me if i stole it... like wtf? srsly??!!
im not the only one right??
its just those few people that annoy me, everyone else is fine

i never drove mine to school cause i didnt start driving until the month after school. but i got my car last july(19) and i get wierd looks all the time. but i think because most the time they see a skinny bro looking kid getting in/out of my car. you just gotta ignore it. cause they either really like your car and they are just looking. or they hate you cause they dont have it 
. but still being in highschool you just gotta expect it cause of the maturity level you are around. some kids just dont know how to act.

i've only started driving it to school for a week
i guess people will get over it in a month or so
i also told people that its my mums car (when she actually drives a RX330) but that made it worse
ahh well, i'll just have to wait till i get my FULL license (im on P1 now) i'll get a IS350 for BMW M3 E46!!!
and i'll be in uni, so hopefuly no more immature little *BLEEP*s

Maybe your car just looks good so people look. I never drove to school so I wouldn't know what it's like in the parking lot.
Awhile ago, there were a few people that I didn't like that happened to own Lexus cars. When I asked them about their cars, they would brag because I didn't have one.

I've had a lexus since I was 20... I still get people sayin, "wow that's ur car?" And I'm only 24... all my customers say there jelous and I make to much money haha... you get use to it though I jus laugh at em and recently I've been offering to sell my car to the people that have comments about me bein young and drivin a lex... for some reason it shuts em up I don't kno

Lexus is hands down one of the best! But they can be affordable. I mean i got a great deal on my car i guess some people just don't know. If they wanna be jealous let them be. But we still drive a Lexus. But we also gotta work for it!

The demographics of where you live are certainly a major factor. There were several brand new Corvettes, M3's, Escalades, Porsches (even a 911), etc. at my high school's parking lot. I drove a relatively new Infiniti, and it was just enough for people to not feel sorry for me. -_- Just make sure not to **** anyone off because your car is an easy target.

Gents you have to understand one thing when you own a Lexus, They come with a certain amount of hate from Guys (Girls don't hate, they want to ride!) that's around your age. Trust me on that guys, if you drive any year Lexus current or an older model that's clean and modified in any tasteful way you will receive HATE period. I going to repeat what I said to a bud about buying a Lexus over a Nissan (Not hating on Nissans, much love there!) " Nissan's are cool but a Lexus comes with a fair more amount Trim/Girls than a nissan. "
