its not very hard at all, take of the wheel off, brake caliper off, then rotor off, it might be a little hard for the rotor to pop off because it is part drum, part disc brake(drum part is for the parking brake) Then just tap out the existing studs from the front, they pop out the back, put the new ones in
theres different ways to put the new ones in. what i do is. get all studs in there semi tight, then put the rotor back on. then stack up some nuts/washers and then put on the lug nut and tighten it down to pull the new stud all the way through.
if i help you will you give me a discount on your ings kit for sale?
