It doesn't matter if it is used. If it is under the bumper-to-bumper 4 Year / 50,000 Miles (I believe it is 50K) than you are within the warranty.

Hmm... I though it was 4 yrs / 48K miles

Anyhow, you are within warranty. Take it in...

I notice this happening to one corner of my OEM spoiler, and I have a question....does the Wald spoiler fit into the factory location????
