I saw those in a JDM catalog. Don't think they're US-DOT approved though.
They are Junack LED:

The only difference I can discern in the photo you posted is the white portion. Possibly custom?

What registered in my head was the darkened housing. That's what made me notice the headlights in the JDM IS/GS book (don't know what it's actually called). Your posted photo looks to me like the Junack headlights with that white piece custom colored. If you can imagine the Junack one custom painted, I think it's a match. Of course, I could be totally wrong.
Not really into the Angel Eyes portion of the headlights either, but I still like the overall look.

looks nice, i haven't seen many IS's with this type of mod but i think the know-how and parts are out there.
in particular it reminds me of sites that charge $1000+ to modify civic headlights, usually to add xenon (e.g., with acura parts) + angel eyes/audi leds, painting etc.
also reminds me of e46'ers "retrofitting" angel eyes and melting their headlights in the oven.
since most (all?) of our cars already have xenon and even AFS it seems like a lot of work, cost and void warranty in exchange for bmw-like cosmetics.

Not bad by itself, but I'd need to see how it fits in... I'm afraid it might look a little tacked on, but need more pics to assuage my fears hahaha... Wonder what would happen if someone added the Seraph eye-lids too lol?
