Question Factory warranty/Extended warranty question

I just recently bought my 2006 Lexus IS350 from a Toyota dealership with 40k miles on it. When i bought the car I bought an extended warranty 4yr/40k from the dealer through this company called Zurich. I have listed the warranty information from lexus below. So i'm assuming i no longer qualify for the basic warranty, but i should still be good on the drivetrain, and Rust warranty right? Do i need to do anything, like registed the car through lexus to be able to get help with the lexus warranty if any problems should arise? Also has anyone here have any experiences with Zurich? how hard was it to get the problem fixed? THe guys at the dealership told me it covers everything except normal wear and tear, and that I could take it to a lexus dealership, and pay only a 100 deductable. Any informatino would be greatly appreciated!

Basic 4 year / 50,000 miles
Drivetrain 6 year / 70,000 miles
Roadside 4 year / Unlimited miles
Rust 6 year / Unlimited miles
