Interesting! Thanks for the link. The Weathertech mats in my '02 Max are slightly less clean than when new, due to small coffee spills on light grey mats that weren't cleaned immediately, but color aside, the rubber looks like new after 6 or 7 years.. It would have been a non-issue with black color mats.
